By participating in Credit Card Draft, the consumer allows Sawnee to draft their
credit card for the amount of their current electric bill. The monthly statement will note the date that
the draft will occur. Sawnee EMC accepts the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa,
and Discover.

your electronic Credit Card draft authorization form which you must complete, sign and return to us either
by fax or mail.

Once we receive and process this information, we will draft your account at the next billing. Enrollment
in our credit card draft process will not affect any current billing which should be paid as normal.
